The terms that govern your use of networkschef.com and every Networkschef product.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Networkschef Private Limited ("Networkschef", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India (CIN: U62011CT2026PTC020274, GST: 22AALCN6122G1ZF), registered in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. By accessing networkschef.com or subscribing to any Networkschef product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Networkschef provides the following products (the "Services"), each subject to any product-specific terms published on our website:
We may add, modify or discontinue features of the Services at any time; where a change materially reduces a paid plan's functionality, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use the Services to:
Shared and budget hosting plans are provided under a fair-use expectation — sustained resource usage that materially exceeds typical usage for a plan's stated specifications may result in a request to upgrade, throttling, or suspension, with notice where practicable.
Fees for paid Services are as displayed on networkschef.com at the time of purchase, exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We aim to keep the Services available in line with the uptime commitments described in our SLA Agreement. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and issues originating from third-party providers (e.g. upstream network carriers, Meta/WhatsApp, or AI model providers) are outside our direct control and are excluded from uptime calculations as described there.
Networkschef retains all rights, title and interest in the Services, our software, branding and website content. You retain all rights to content and data you upload or transmit through the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit Customer Data solely to provide the Services to you.
Certain Services rely on third-party platforms — for example, WhatsAppX API operates on top of Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, and the AI Support Bot uses a third-party AI model provider (Groq) to generate responses. Your use of these features is also subject to the relevant third party's terms, and we are not responsible for outages, policy changes or content restrictions imposed by those third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Networkschef's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the affected Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Networkschef harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or from Customer Data you host or transmit through the Services.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support@networkschef.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that poses a security or legal risk to Networkschef or other customers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
